Re: US Flagged Airlines to Israel

The United States allows Israelis to obtain US citizenship without renouncing their Israeli citizenship. They are dual citizens. I believe Israelis are the only people allowed to do this. Former Homeland Security director Michael Chertoff is an Israeli citizen. Incorrect, US does allow dual citizen...

Re: Airbus A220 (CSeries) Delivery/Production Thread - 2019

Has anyone noticed that production seems to be slowing? There is only one plane that has made a flight that has not delivered yet. This is according to the aibfamily and abcdlist websites. One would think that there would be 2-4 undergoing pre-delivery flights at all times by this point. I believe ...

That’s not as bad as it may sound. I’m not denying that it is an eye watering amount of money, but BellSouth took multiple hits of over a billion just for restructuring about 20 years ago. What they do is take a loss on the books upfront and then reduce the accrual as they pay out the penalties in ...

Trying to buy their way back into the US' graces over the S-400/F-35 spat. 100 planes would be a load of 738MAX, some 7310MAX and likely some 787-10 for regional work.
