Not a bad idea, everyone in the cockpit already touches the damn things anyways. On a real note, I'm curious how well it will work on a large scale where many, many people use them frequently and leave them all dirty. I understand that the 787 already has them but not nearly as many screens as this.

Did they fix the issue where you have to move everything off the thing beside you to retrieve and stow the tray table? That was the most annoying thing to try and put the pillows and blankets somewhere and try and get out the tray table. Not much room for storage on the old seat.

I've heard from a source they are ramping up operations out of PGD a tenfold from what they are doing now. They've increased their ramp size quite a bit to handle more aircraft.

If the aircraft are all payed off, why put more financial strain on the company and purchase new aircraft that they will have to strain themselves to pay back? I dunno if that's the right way to think here but that's what I would assume.
