Well it wasn't me, I was working. And I don't have a massive anything.

There are a few regular spotters at YYJ but most 'hang out' at the VIH overlook so you wouldn't notice them.

Yes, the flights are filed under BOExxx although the timings are subject to change up to the last minute. They often aren't filed (outbound) until just before departure.

The DoT Bureau of Statistics would be more authoritative. There is a massive amount of data there; the "Detail" reports would take for ever to analyze, but the "Summary" ones might be <acronym title="CSA Czech Airlines">OK</acronym>.
