Jump to postI've gigged with them before but I don't care for them... mainly because the feel is not the same as acoustic drums and cymbals. They could be a useful practice tool for learning grooves but not so much for technique IMO.
They'd be a godsend for the rest of the family I suppose.

Jump to postI have both... the 70-300L is sharper, however the extra reach of the 100-400L is useful sometimes. Depends on what focal length you need to shoot at most. I use the 7-300L most of the time now.
