A lot of UK media reporting that Thomas Cook has agreed a rescue deal with shareholder Fosun.

In particular Fosun will invest £450m into the business in exchange for 25% of the airline. (75% for the operator).

I think that this has been fairly evident for quite some time. As soon as the 737-300s are gone then it will become all Airbus and with NEOs on the way, I don't expect things to change.
