Sorry about my mistake. I also saw an unpainted jet sitting inside the factory but from the paint on the rudder I could tell it is for Alitalia. It apparently must have been in the 777 part of the building since an ANA 767 was in the 767 part. Could that be AZ's first 777?Jump to post
Went to the 747 plant 2 days ago and saw the first B747-400ER in Boeing colors on the tarmac. The first NWA B757-300 was also sitting outside and it looks as if the first Alitalia B777 is almost completed. The first 747-400F for China Southern, 747 line #1311, is almost completed and is just waiting...Jump to post

What is your favorite a.net aircraft picture? The reason why I am asking is since the database gets updated in once in a while, so I feel that it is time for this question again. To avoid cluttering up the Civ Av board with useless junk and since this is related to the site, I posted it here in the ...Jump to post
UAL93: crashed in rural PA and was the last one to crash. UAL175: the 767 that crash into the 2nd WTC, which was also the 2nd plane that crashed. Windows sucks since MS has a near-monopoly on the operating system market, so they have no incentive to make it good.
Man, I miss those good ol' Macs.

...to colors? How about to whites? After all, McVeigh was white.
People should not be judged based on their skin color or heritage regardless of what others with the same skin color or heritage does.
Guns ARE NOT a stupid option when it comes to dogfighting and I am pretty sure that when you are in one, it has got to be pretty difficult to keep locking your missiles on your target and firing them, especially when the aircraft are making such sudden maneuvers in short time.Jump to post
Twott, "raghead" is a racial slur in case you are too ignorant to realize that my friend. As for the rest of what you said, let me just say that it is impossible to debate bigotry and those who spew it and are so full of it. To put it in simpler terms for that low intelligence you have, you are a bi...Jump to post
Yes lets go and blow them up except lets keep our targets limited to the terrorists' camps and not the cities where the innocent people live.Jump to post
Don't start another war in the region. Just move in and kill bin Laden and his entire camp (it is not worth it to try to capture him) but that is all we need to do. Anything else or we will lose our moral high ground in this situation and we have lost our moral high ground enough times.Jump to post
Hey, the WTC stood strong in bin Laden's first attack in 1993 so that is why bin Laden went after it again, except this time he was successful in destroying it. Rebuild it to its original form and make it a little stronger but change nothing else that would affect its appearance. We need to send tho...Jump to post
Keep in mind that many Pakistani nationals were inside the Twin Towers carrying out normal business when it collapsed, not to mention that there were citizens of other countries there as well. This is an attack on not just the U.S., but on the world. Many countries have lost people in the attack so ...Jump to post
Yes, I feel incredibly humbled by the world's expression of solidarity with the U.S. The last time that I can think of when the U.S. paid tribute to a tragedy outside of its borders is when the death of Di occurred in 1997, in which flags all around the country were flown at half-staff. Thank you ve...Jump to post
Yes, American_4275 is indeed correct.
They will probably build a memorial in its place but in my opinion, that is unfortunate since that would in some ways be a "trophy" of the terrorists' attack. They should rebuild the towers much like they did in the first attack on February 26, 1993.Jump to post
What happened to the Aeroflot AN-124's and why did they dispose of them?Jump to post
I would say the 73G for its size and range and possible options of obtaining larger aircraft in the A320 family when necessary. It also allows airlines to go for larger aircraft or the 717 if they need to. The 717 IMO is the best aircraft for an airline that is seeking to have new, quiet and efficie...Jump to post
