I as there recently and there were comfy loungers outside an American themed restaurant in T1. There are also lounges to pay into, but check if they have showers if you are coming straight from concert. Otherwise, I can't see you having any issues.

I would stick with the exit seats. More room, and there is no additional service over economy. Have a few extra champagnes in the lounge to help with sleep. Enjoy.
