Rolling Blackout's At ONT

There are rolling blackouts hiting the Inland empire and has effected ONT. I dont know if it has effected the flight operations, but it has effected pax check in and boarding due to no computers or land lines working.

ATA DC-10 In The Old Northwest Colors At ONT, Now

The aircraft is parked at the Mercury Air terminal on the opposite side of the airport terminals. It is too far to see the reg, and I think it is some kind of charter service, it is being serviced by SkyChefs's.
