Mostly carryon effect from having major hubs in cities with terrible weather. EWR is pretty much guaranteed to be on a GDP every afternoon. ORD has terrible thunderstorms at the height of winter and summer. If it RAINS at IAH you can basically kiss any semblance of normal operations goodbye... .......

What if United flights were simply on-time? Novel idea, I know - but I was on 6-7 x UA domestic flights this last year and 100% of them were delayed at least 30 minutes due to "late inbound aircraft."

I could be wrong but last I checked United offered internationally configured 757s on the route along side its domestic 777s, Delta once had international 757s on the route, I'm not sure if they are now domestic 757s but they should have seat back IFE either way, and the mint planes on Jetblue cert...

And FWIW my one time on VA was the best service I have ever had flying economy. They really made it a point to be super friendly. Even up front very detailed announcements. Deplaning the captain stood at the door thanking us for flying and have a good day, Along with the FA's I couldn't agree more....

Yes, there are power outlets, although as I recall in economy there are only two outlets per three seat section in most rows, so if everyone wants to use them there might not be enough to go around. I was lucky and managed to snag seat 48B, which it right where the cabin narrows from 3-4-3 to 2-4-2...

Just because Google has released newer versions of Android, this does not mean that Samsung or other manufacturers will pick it up for older models. Even if they do, it may take awhile to release it for their devices. You can look up "android fragmentation" for more on this I got my table...
