Jump to postI know what CO has. They retired the 741/742 from their fleet in 1996/1997. I was wondering Evergreen could have leased them or bought them and not changed the colours.
Jump to postCheck out this picture courtesy of Galaxy5.
Is that a Continental 747-200F? I didn't know that CO had these and I also didn't know that CO 747s flew still. Can someone please clarify? Thanks!

Jump to postI heard them on SoCal Approach last night. I haven't heard anything about them dropping LAX, it and JFK are big for Asiana, it also dropped HNL in 1997 during the Asian economic crisis, could we see that route picked up again by them?
Jump to postI can see a BWIA A330/A340 in that ugly turquoise color.

The old one is great looking...it just is so classic. But, the new one looks good as well, but maybe too modern for BA.

Jump to postIs Flexjet an actual airline or just a callsign. I heard it just now on JFK Approach.

Jump to postI got to fly on in August on HA OGG-HNL. It was just like a souped up DC-9-50 with a glass cockpit. It was a great flight though and I loved the aircraft.

Jump to postFirst of all, pilots would rather nose dive or climb higher than go through clear air turbulence. But I went through some from IAH-SEA on a DC-9, it was pretty rough for a few minutes. I would like to be in a 744 or DC-10-30 that could climb higer and is more versitile and heavier.
