Karl, why would you upload both of them anyways? I would upload #2 (better light) and leave it at that. They are pretty much the same, however I don't think a 'double' rule would apply since it's shot on different days.

It depends. There are no set rules for shooting in cloudy conditions. It's still possible I would say, but you would have to shoot a static airplane and up close, frame it and level it perfectly so you don't have to crop it.
