I don't see WN adding a 2nd fleet type organically. If 2020 brings further MAX delivery/grounding delays I see WN buying someone with another fleet type. My money would be on JetBlue. They Brings in a much better percentage in 3 of the biggest markets into the WN network plus takes away competition...
