RE: Destination Radar Environment

Oops not KANG, the code is KMTC.

Anyway, it sounds like the circle R for approach is the answer I need? An airport could be within the lateral area of an ARTCC and have published IAPs but might not get approach services?

Destination Radar Environment

I am raising this question after reading the FAA Risk Assessment Guide from <a href="http://1.usa.gov/1ag80Bw" target="_blank">http://1.usa.gov/1ag80Bw</a> The example destination is Kitty Hawk North Carolina (KFFA), which it sa...

Survey Results

Hello pilots, The results of the survey I conducted last month with the help of airliners.net are now available on my personal website. RE: Pilot Survey

The survey was a huge success and is now closed.

186 helpful pilots submitted survey answers!

I will post the results in a new thread in mid December when the analysis and drafts are complete.

Thanks again everyone!

RE: Pilot Survey

I am uncertain if I will be able to leave the survey open after this weekend, so I'm giving it a weekend bump.  <img border=0 src="/aviation-forums/graphics/smilies/smile.gif" alt="Smile"/> Ideally, I would like to keep it open until the final drafts are due near the end of the month. However, ...

Pilot Survey

Hello pilots, I am an aviation student at Eastern Michigan University. I need to survey a "large number" of pilots for a research assignment that's due on November 10. Your answers to this short survey would be very helpful. Go To My Pilot Survey <a href="http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/RH79CXZ" targe...
