I know it's been discussed before, but in my opinion - if this was a hijacking, or a terrorist act, there would be somebody / some organisation taking responsibility. The 'point' of terrorism, if you can call it that.

I agree with HPLASOps. We care because aviation is a precise industry. This route map may not reflect the whole airline's professionalism, but who knows. Put it this way: in IMC do you fly the ILS so you're 'roughly' on track?
