Emirates meal service has a sanitizer wipe in the tray. I think it definitely has alcohol based on the smell. However, you don't get anything for snack runs (the horrible pizzas they hand out in ULR flights).

Not carrying 85% passengers' bags is too much. If Turkish charges for the baggage, they are obligated to carry them, If the number of bags are above the limit, they should inform the passengers upfront that the bags will arrive late.
