I don't think it has ever been announced which SA/OW carriers will be using the OGT(T2). I am guessing the UA/AA don't even know yet, especially with the pandemic throwing a wrench in everything. UA/AA's gate needs at the time of completion will determine how many other carriers will be able to use ...

Sure taxi times are terrible from some runways but would you rather have a 17-25 minute taxi time or a 40+ minute daily ground stop? BA has three aircraft damaged over the course of two days which is something like 75% of their planes at ORD (assuming 2 flights per day which is what they have today). I think the best long term solution for high speed trains to ORD is for Chicago to build a whole new line below ground.
