I think the best long term solution for high speed trains to ORD is for Chicago to build a whole new line below ground. Congratulations to Chicago! I think the OMP is one of the top 5 infrastructure projects in Chicago’s history and also one of the most significant aviation projects in the US in the last 50 years but probably one of the most underrated on this site.
