I saw it whenever I left on the 6th at 5am with the APU running on the far north side by AAR. It was still in the same livery. I believe it is just coming out of a heavy check. There is quite the line for CRJs and 737s at AAR.

From what I was told, It was number 5 which is single seat. Apparently the pilot was too low to eject. My friend was watching them practice when it happened.

This is like saying a semi flung a rock up that hit your windshield and chipped it. This (windshield cracks on airplanes) happens EVERY day! Its pretty sad to see all the 787 bashing going on lately.

That does sound pretty serious. However, you need to realize this is just an observer. Depth perception could of hindered an accurate distance as well as a possible over exaggeration. But needless to say, I am interested to see what happens when the details unfold.
