The plane is being fueled, the defuel valve has to be open to defueled. The controls at the fueling panel are used for pressure fueling or transferring fuel between tanks.

737NG uses a 62.1 gallon tank with a reduced maximum capacity via standpipe. The capacities that I know of are 40,50 and 60 gallon.

stratclub is correct, except the cable is attached to the right mlg not the left.

Nobody will be able to give you the correct p/n without the ipc effectivity code for the airplane. It will be in ipc 27-62-61. P/N will be similar to 580-250-4xx

The 737NG normal engine start limits are unlimited starts of 2 min each with 10 sec wait between starts.

The starter is supplied oil from the engine thru the accessory gearbox.

My guesstimate is 30-45 sec to start.

Many here have overstated the safety/importance of the TSO tag on passenger seat belts. At the (FAA regulated) airline I work for, the TSO tag is required to determine serviceability upon installation. Once in service it can be missing or illegible and not affect the serviceability of the belt.
