I'd say the USA as well, very straight forward, much info on possible turbulence/CB's en route and good direct routes.
Worst ATC: All countries where ATC doesn't talk english to native carriers!

Thanks very much! Shot it with 1/30, iso 200 on 20D. First panning tryout with 300 f/4L <acronym title="Island Airlines (USA) and Eagle Air/Arnaflug (Iceland)">IS</acronym> and since this was only 1/4 of the original pic (only disadvantage of prime lens) I was very surprised by the sharpness of it. ...

The A320 family does not have a fuel dump system at all. Depending on what the emergency is (engine failure/smoke/etc) the crew can decide whether to burn fuel in a holding pattern or to return immediately for landing. In case of an overweight landing the plane has to be checked by maintenance.

Flaps and slats will reduce the rwy length for take off. Disadvantage of flaps at climbout is the increased drag. Clean config will give you BETTER climb performance, so no need for a different flap and slat system.
