Re: KL685 AMS-MEX diverted because volcano and horses?

I was in Mexico-city and scheduled to fly back to AMS in C. I received a cancelation message and immediately got the option in the KLM app to book on the A380 to Paris with a connecting flight to AMS. Which I did. I had to leave a couple of hours earlier which damaged my program in Mexico. With a 3 ...

The posters here need to understand that the noise in the aircraft is highly dependant on your location in the plane. If you sat in the front of a 787 and just behind the engine of an A350, the A350 is going to sound louder. Very true! Plus the human ears are the very best measuring instrument. How...

Rome, Berlin and Amsterdam might get (re) connected. SYD, MIA.. BER? Before they ever operate BER they are joining NH at DUS. This route had been operated in the past. Re: Rumour: W6 to start a base at EIN, start EIN-KEF

I can imagine that scheduled flights from EIN could work to a lot of cities in Europe. The roads in Holland and Belgium are so congested and so is AMS as airport. For LH it would also work to connect pax from the EIN catchment area in FRA and ZRH. That would be a big blow for KLM who is so far not c...
