Which US airlines are flying to China now?

https://flightaware.com/live/flight/AAL ... /ZBAA/KDFW

Seems like most US-China flights are flown by Chinese airlines now. Is there a reason behind this?

I even found a frequent PEK-DFW flight by AA but couldn't book tickets for it, so perhaps it's a cargo only flight: https://flightaware.com/live/flight/AAL ... /ZBAA/KDFW

Latch open on 737-700 during flight

Subject is self explanatory- a latch popped open during a flight on a 737-700, and closed on its own once the thrust reverses were deployed on landing. Anyone know what it is? Please see picture below.

UAL Mileage Plus Quick Question. Please Help!

Can I credit a flight to my dad's mileage plus account even though I am the one flying, because he is close to getting a reward? I am the only person on the itinerary and I can borrow my dad's card for the trip.

Not that it matters, but I am flying Air China.

First of all, for those who don't know already, Spirit Airlines has a nice fare sale going on right now for fares starting at $2. Check it out if you're in the US. I always kept an eye on Spirit sales as they were the only airline that truely had great prices in the US, kind of like Ryanair. The dat...

I'm starting my PPL training in a Piper PA 38-112 Tomahawk. Hopefully, it won't live up to its nickname: the traumahawk.

I've had no problem taking photos when the no electronics sign is off. During T/O and landing, I usually wait for the captain to tell the F/As to get into their jumpseats, then video the t/o or landing and snap pics etc.
