My vote goes for Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International (FLL), my hometown airport. The terminals are close to the main taxiways and runways so for one of the busier airports in the United States the taxi times for both departures and arrivals are minimal. A couple of times a year I fly on Azul Brazilian Airlines from FLL to Campinas, Brazil. When I tell people in the U.S. I fly on Azul to Brazil the vast majority have never heard of that airline.

I get the feeling that Putin is not too fearful of economic sanctions at this point. Perhaps if the United States and its NATO allies had inserted ground troops and aircraft in Ukraine last year Russia would have backed off.

I was watching a show ( can't recall which one) about FedEx a number of years ago and a pilot that was interviewed mentioned that he and his fellow pilots tended to fly their planes a little more aggressively as compared to pilots who fly passengers.
