Passenger attempted to crash C208 in Alaska

Saw a few stories yesterday about a passenger who took control and attempted to crash a scheduled C208 operated by a part 135 carrier. He overpowered the pilot briefly before he was subdued. Luckily no one injured and no word on damage. https://i.ibb.co/PN7ZsyD/214196994-175858107856728-261247526814...

I know of several employers that now forbid travel with Ravn, and have switched to solely Alaska, or Bering Air, or recently chartering Ryan Air's or Security Aviation to avoid Ravn. They put on a decent PR spin on improvements, but behind the doors its the same old cluster.

I very much doubt such an old frame will be worth the money to repair. However, every now and then, a dedicated owner will go above and beyond to return a plane to the skies.

They took useable parts, and pushed the rest further off the side of the runway.

Discharged to death rate is the one to pay attention to.

The number of infected doesn’t matter, if the total discharged so far is 103 and a death rate is 132.

That means those infected will either be discharged/recover, or the alternative.
