UA does not need to depend on another carrier for domestic codeshare feed. Why? Because unlike AA, UA has a strong distribution of hubs. EWR and IAD are the TATL gateways. ORD is the massive midwest hub. IAH serves the south. DEN serves as a gateway to the west coast. And SFO/LAX are the TPAC hubs....

Completely different. The vast majority of mainland Europe is within easy reach of 757s from KEF, and most of the major cities in the US and Canada are within reach of the 757s. I'm weary of these non-business expansions. At the end of the day all it is, is just using an aircraft that would ultimately be parked during covid. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see them stick around, but I have my doubts for when business travel returns.

I don't believe self storage has heat or electricity? There's quite a lot of places that are air conditioned. That's true. This has been a rumor with some teeth for a while. TLV gets quite a lot of daily pax from Houston and a lot fly on TK with the EU3 getting their share and they also fly up front. I also believe there were some significant oil/gas discoveries in the Med off of Israel so this flight does make sense.
