Re: Nordic Aviation - 2019

It would be bit of a gamble, the kind I am not sure I would be willing to wager... What if the demand is not there ? You have a subfleet of XLRs in your fleet that you have no use for. With A330s/A350s you can always deploy the plane elsewhere. Or what if the PAX simply detest the idea of spending ...

Re: Nordic Aviation - 2019

I was looking at flights from Bromma the other day and I realized Brussels (operated by Brussels Airlines) is the only European destination operated from Bromma. Access from Arlanda to the center is fine, plus ARN is quite central and well connected to other large cities like Uppsala, Solletuna, an...

So, Delta can fly from Doha to Cape Town in 6 months with MD88? That's a new one and certainly needs promoting!

What an amazing trip report! Thank you for posting with all the details it made a really nice reading. The grape juice you mentioned is actually a Finnair speciality blueberry juice! Very creative in my mind and can't think of another airline that serves blueberry juice. In business class they have ...

I like it! Much better than current one with a nice retro twist. At least it's not hideous like Southwest's livery which is so bad that I refuse to fly with them. Well done Air Canada!

Finnair ended seasonal San Francisco route after summer 1999 and it wasn't resumed for the summer 2000. So, you were one of the last lucky ones to fly on this route :)

Totally unacceptable! What a joke for an airline of SWA's size to foul up something this massive. I guess the latest 12M fine from FAA due maintenance issues was not enough. They should get a huge fine and slap on the wrist for this. I'm just glad I'm not their customer nor will never be one. Sad, v...

Actually I don't think thats ambitious schedule at all not even for a single airframe. One should consider rotation more thoroughly and it seems that <acronym title="...
