For what it's worth. TPA right now has 44 active non-stop destinations and PIE has 53 active non-stop destination. Probably the last time that'll ever happen.

Here at PIE, while I have the numbers but not on hand we’re at about 65-75% back to where we were Pre-Covid. I'm curious as well, work in Airport Ops and we had the same discussion. Have concrete touchdown zones and asphalt center. Would be hard to maintain the transition but I'd be curious. I feel like I have seen grass strips with concrete ends.

I flew on Delta's ATL-VIE route the first year they introduced it, and come June I am taking this Air Canada flight back to the States. I'm pretty excited, have never been on a 787 they're limited options trying to fly 1 stop to Vienna from TPA.

UA has been operating 757s with different engine manufacturers since the merger. There's the pmUA 752s with Pratts and the pmCO 752s and 753s with RB211s. They are dual overwing exit A319s as well, meaning they could put more seats in. I wonder if they will configure them different and use them on specific routes

Every airport is require to have an AEP, (Airport Emergency Plan). It covers all sorts of scenarios that may happen specific to that airport and area.

Here is my 2¢

JetBlue should order the A321xlr and test the market out. If it goes well then they can upgrade and get A330s and if it doesn't then they can roll the XLRs into standard service and maybe serve Hawaii from Cali or South America from FLL if Europe doesn't pan out

New brand reminds me of the old Jetsgo as well. I feel like if that airline hadn't shut down this is what it would look like today. Can't wait to see the livery roll out onto an -800. I do like the black nose. It's a little different.

They didn't have enough people to fill the flight to YYZ. The flight cancelled yesterday here in PIE and this morning it had 170 people go out on it.

Here is another carrier I question. Canada Jetlines. Per their website show in the second phase of growth they'll add Tampa as a market. Curious if they'll choose TPA or PIE. This carrier has definitely been under my radar.

My question is now that they're wrapping up the A340 operation within Cityline, what is the advantage of operating A319s under the Cityline group. It made sense when they still ran Dash 8s and CRJs as a regional carrier but to continue from here on out as an A319/CR9 carrier?

I like it, I didn't think they originally livery needed to be refreshed but they killed it when they went to the small title font on the forward fuselage.
