I plotted the ground speed, vertical speed and press alt for TK6491 using Flightradar24.com additional data. It reveals that TK6491 initially started to climb after missing the approach, but speed immediately began to decrease. The data stops before the impact. It appears insufficient thrust was ap...

It's more than 45 seconds from when they acknowledge the right turn to 180 (and indicate that they're passing through 010 just a few seconds into that) until they are instructed to turn left. When if ever did EVA ever get a clearance to drive heading 360? They flew in the wrong direction without clearance for what, 20 miles? It seems that the north track was simply a consequence of the initial error and subsequent rapid fire heading reversals from the controller and flight crew hesitati...

It's pretty clear that both the flight crew and the controllers have some blame in this situation, but for different reasons. Let's go through this bit by bit. Firstly, the error on the initial incorrect left turn to 180 will fall onto the controller one way or another, either because she incorrectl...

Once the engine fails we should see a speed decrease until it slows to the point where the autopilot can no longer maintain altitude, then the autopilot will disconnect and we should see a descent that may or may not be stable or straight ahead.
