That's perfectly normal. They'll typically run ops in one of three different ways:
Arrive 27R and 35 and depart 27L, usually no ops on 26 when 35 is in use, sometimes 35 departures as well
Arrive 9R and 35 and depart 8 and 9L
Arrive 27L and 17 and depart 27R, sometimes land 26

Last year I recall A330 flights in the winter from PHL to MCO, MIA, CLT, SXM, PUJ, CUN, SJU, and STT (I might be wrong about STT) and these were all of the mid morning departures!

Heard from a friend that N826AW (Arizona flag) got repainted. No photo, but he was at DCA recently.

N828AW, the AWE 80s retro with US Airways titles is still around as of 7/3/2015.

Should also add that N135HQ (the #400 E170) is indeed in American Eagle colors and has no markings - at least on the left side of the airplane - that show that it was the 400th E170 built.
