Yeah I was just there Saturday and the banners at the security area have DEN gone and only show MCO. Yeah two weekly flights is lame now, I have no faith in F9 anymore. Hopefully United will add DEN soon. F9 only has 2 or 3 times weekly seasonal flights from PIT to MCO or DEN depending on the seaso...Jump to post
I know we all pretty much knew DEN-MDT wasn't coming back, but I happened to look at the Harrisburg Airport website today and noticed that they've scrubbed references to Denver from it. Looks like now the only destination served is MCO. Hopefully there will be some new announcements this year - oth...Jump to post
Yes there are. You can find the Allegheny FAs on routes out of PHL to places like DBV, BUD, and PRG (don't ever ask one what they think of DP or AA, they aren't afraid to say how they feel haha). It is amazing that the Allegheny legacy lives on in Croatia, forty years after the airline’s demise. Uh...Jump to post
During their last couple months of service, the 767-200s were on the MCO-CLT route. It is rare to see a widebody on that route nowadays. Are there any old Allegheny crew members remaining at AA? Regarding AS joining OW and any impact on PIT, what am I missing??? A combined AA/AS network adds only one route to PIT. Hardly approaching a focus city and nothing that IND, CMH, and others aren't gaining as well. BWI otoh would look more like an AS/AA focus city. Now if AA maintained PIT-BOS/LAX ...Jump to post

If it is from LHR then it will be MCO, AUS, MEX, or YYZ. They already put out their LHR wish list for expansion. MCO is a high probability since there has been a strong push from the airport for the route and supposed interest from DL/VS for the route. Again this is only if the new route is from LH...Jump to post

Guess I better get in on this sooner rather than later this time. Have three states left to fly an airline to. (WY, VT, DE). Hope it works well for them this time around. They fly to JAC in WY and BTV in VT. So I think you meant Hawaii and Alaska in addition to Deleware. ILG in DE is supposed to be...Jump to post
From what I have heard, there is supposed to be a bigger build-up at MIA. It will be F9s gateway to the Caribbean and Latin America. So there will probably be some MIA routes announced. I would like to see some Canada routes announced beyond YYC. Maybe they will finally throw a dart at DAB for DAB-E...Jump to post

I definitely see DFW possibly happening since PDEW is pretty high. WN also has a daily to DAL. How much of this volume can NK peel off from WN and AA? I'm wondering if it pulls another traveler type plus some regulars curious with the new service and who may stick with NK. LAS is currently serviced...Jump to post

Any predictions for 2020?
I think we may see a new airline at DAB or at least a new airline announced.
Guess it is time for a review of last year's predictions and predict what this year may bring. My 2019 predictions: *G4 adds more routes - DAB/FLL/AZA/LAS/EWR (well they added other destinations) *DL adds RDU (Happened) *AA drops RDU and sticks only to the hubs (oh so close) *WN adds Saturday only s...Jump to post

Wow, this definitely stands out. Just like Spirit. So did the livery of WOW Air. I must say their purple looked a lot better than this red. Very unimaginative. I wonder how feasible it would be to set up a temporary FIS back there, and if so if it might have something to do with the terminal construction along the C concourse? Could this be a chance for VS to start regional/domestic ops again?
