I wonder how airlines in the Pacific ocean like Tahiti Airlines/ Aloha etc get their short range aircraft to and fro from the mainland. ATRs for Air Tahiti are routed through Asia, not America. Most of ATR are delivered this way : Toulouse (France) - Alexandria (Egypt) - Al Ain (UAE) - Chennai or N...Jump to post

It’s been a while since I followed Air Calin but they used to operate NOU-NAN-WLS / NOU-WLS-PPT / NOU-PPT - the last one I’m pretty sure operated pre-Covid weekly with an A330; I think NAN-WLS was dropped but I believe WLS-PPT was still around weekly. The pax demand is probably minuscule but Cargo ...Jump to post
French are bad people. Dutch are wonderfull people. AF is a bad airline. KL is a very good airline. IAG is very good, and AFKL bad. Always the same thing on a.net. I also think it would be better to have a white background instead of black for airlines logos.
You must start your trip from ZYR. Unless, this will be a no-show.Jump to post
So, as of today, choices for A321 from Airbus are :
- A321 Ceo
- A321 Neo
- A321 Neo LR
- A321 Neo XLR
So, United will have an Airbus fleet of A319 Ceo, A320 Ceo and A321 Neo XLR.
Is that correct ?
Why not grabbing the A332 from KLM to grow A332 AF fleet ?Jump to post

I thought the ORY-VCP was a small success but apparently not that much. There are too many small French airlines (Aigle Azur, Corsair, Air Caraïbes, French Blue, La Compagnie, XL Airways). I'm sure a consolidation of some of those airlines will help their financial statements... There is Air Austral...Jump to post
Why not having A221, A223 and A225 for A318/319/320 replacements and having the A321neo+LR for short/medium haul + longer ranges needed such as Tel Aviv, Tbilissi and increase frequencies into deep Africa ?Jump to post
Great news for AF.

I took the same flight as yours, in October 1998. I also took N902TW. However, this is a 762ER and not a 762 non-ER. This aircraft was indeed a 762 non-ER, but transformed into ER later.

Tend to agree with ICN tho the connecting time (especially outbound from AU) never helped. KE (or other SkyTeam members) should retime their ICN-Europe flights in order to have AU/NZ to Europe flights with shorter connections in ICN. To AU/NZ, schedules are perfect.
