Wow what a mess. The airlines didn’t want this project at all. The only people who did were Kim Day and company.

That money should have gone to Concourse remodels to address the limited food options and overcrowded and disgusting restrooms.

Any idea what is stopping them? Do they not have enough rail cars to make them all 4 car trains? The train stations would have to be rebuilt to allow for longer platforms. I guess I must be mistaken, but I thought they had doors that were not in use that could be activated. All 4 boarding positions...

These are on point. People forget as well that when DEN was built it was considered out in the middle of nowhere similar to how DFW originally was. An amount of seats are held back to allow the gate agent to group families together or accommodate a disability or special need, it also prevents two people from having the same seat assignment in an oversell situation.

I see UA wanting to keep fleet commonality, however the MAX may likely decide if the first few are introduced into the fleet quickly to help cover MAX groundings. Later they could be converted to ETOPS compliance.

A lot of states don't enforce them. And given that VX was headquartered in California, my guess is that any non-compete is basically worthless. California more or less doesn't acknowledge or enforce non-compete agreements. California actually came out against them, we can't have them in our company...

I would think most would find it annoying to bring it up.

If you see a panel on the wing come off, yeah might want to bring that up as there’s likely no indication to the flight deck. But most would not appreciate being instructed on procedures from a bystander.
