If he took a picture of someone else's boarding pass on that flight (presumably boarded ahead of that person with their boarding pass) would there have not been an issue when that person whose boarding pass he used tried to board? So basically it boils down to the fact that a maintenance tech in Tulsa gets better pay and benefits than one in El Salvador. And a reservations agent in North Carolina gets better pay and benefits than one in India.

I think DL will be building a new terminal at AUS and opening a full scale hub. Maybe (over time) the size of MSP or SLC. I think the only airline that can make this an unprofitable endeavor is Southwest. If Southwest starts adding nonstops to more cities from AUS it could result in DL thinking twice.

What I don't understand is how any airline can sue skiplagged while they are at the same time allowing them to book and ticket their flights. Do airlines have the right to decide who can book their flights or do they have to allow every OTA access to their flights and fares?

Isn't it early to be announcing Summer 2024 complete schedules? This may only be the beginning. There could be more announcements later this year or early next year, especially as AA has a firm date for when its 787-9 equipment will be ready for service.
