Not gonna lie...I got a surge of excitement that the CRJ 200 would be the fleet being parked and I wouldn't have to fly on a CRJ 200 ever again... But alas...I realize this thread is mainline focused.

Re: Confirmed: Trans States Shutting Down & ExpressJet losing the 175s

That seems strange... Didn't Expressjet just introduce the E175 into it's fleet within the last year or so... Why would an airline lose a fleet type... That's a lot of capital to lay down or in this case waste for a new fleet and then lose it... Was it performance??? Anyone out there with any more d...

I'm gonna speculate and guess that the DC bus failure might be the root cause for why the air conditioning failed and possibly other users on that power bus also failed... As for it taking so long to fix...if the mechanics needs 2 weeks to fix it then by all means allow them 2 weeks to fix it...This...

Daily treasury statements are showing a slowdown in spending...This may not bounce much...There's a lot of negative sentiment right now... The S&P futures low of 2775 or slightly lower is where I MIGHT be a buyer but not without protection and ONLY if fiscal flows re accelerate.

But that's really what I am not sure about: the CRJ's are owned by airlines and usually maintained by the same airlines or established MRO's; how many CRJ's are really maintained by Bombardier? Granted the CRJ's (especially CRJ100/200) and CL601/604/605 have a lot in common, I'm not sure the CRJ's ...
