IIRC, the only former employees AS had to pay were the few who didn't take the voluntary severance package. Even after winning the initial agreement, the IAM wasn't able to get any of those jobs back.

Like I said, expect more Crj 200 cuts in the future. With all the regional cuts from DTW, the focus is becoming more on an O/D hub. Expect APN, CIU, IMT, ESC etc... to be cut as well in the near future... A lot of that stuff is OO at risk. Is OO cutting the 50 seater at risk fleet? OO keeps signing...

Disappointing though that DL continues to buy CR9s when the far superior (for the passengers) E170 line is available. The new Atmosphere interior looks pretty sweet.
