Don't think so. The 787 will be usefull only on the MAD routes. All other route you mention are perfectly done with the A320. Narrowbodies are really capable now, you don't have to put more cycles on a 787 on short routes. TACA did have the 767 on short route but then the narrowbodies where not able...

SFO could work once or twice weekly. Europe, must be somewhere in the UK, but I don't think this would happen.

It has done 3 flights. Also Air Transat have used 2 times de A330-300, expected that Air Canada will be using A330 also.

Avianca was expected to receive this year 3 787-8 ex Norwegian but it is delay until 2024. But don't know if they will be base on SAL or go to Colombia.
