Is US-DXB Safe?

Hi,

EK flights to and from the US fly over Iraq. Is that safe considering what happened to the Ukranian flight? I have to fly to India in May and EK is super convenient from IAH but need some input on this as I am wondering about the safety.

Although the 359 and 789s carry fewer pax than 777s. So, who knows, it might work out on a long shot.

Are there 3 daily flights by SQ from LAX and 2 daily from SFO? Isn't that a lot to sustain? Perhaps these markets are growing robustly.
