Major issues with the engines on the NEOs. 901NK Just re-entered service this week after 4 months, replaced by 903NK which, IIRC, donated one of it's engines to the other. 905NK is in the same boat, not able to do much with a shortage of spare engines due to their newness.

I worked for a US domestic ULCC and, if there was a maintenance issue and we couldn't put you on another airline that same day, you got a hotel and meal vouchers. If we could get you out that day, you still got meal vouchers depending on the length of time...
