Re: BA return flights - need to include a Saturday night or else prices are very expensive

Many years ago - more than I'd like to remember! there were fare construction principles allowed that were called fictitious points and more distant points. This allowed the fare agent to construct a fare to a fictitious point that wasn't actually on the itinerary but it produced a lower fare than c...

Reversal of a Rebranding

Carrier liveries tend to be very controversial and subjective i.e. American, China Eastern, Air Europa etc. and now Lufthansa.

Has any carrier actually reversed it's rebranding decision after the new branding has been revealed to the public and share holders?

LGW-REC-GIG-VCP-EZE-SCL
LGW-MAD-EZE-SCL

Re: LGW - main runway closed by burst tyre on TO

If I am not mistaken, the northern taxiway that feeds 8L is too close to 8L and does not allow two wide bodied aircraft to pass each other without possibly clipping their wings together. So for landing or departing wide bodies, the taxi way has to be clear of other wide bodied aircraft, which furthe...

I was thinking the same thing.

As well as the delay on G-VDIA (B789) maybe also covering the continued maintenance on
(G-VGBR (A333) and G-VRED (A346)).

G-VYOU (A346) only came back on 13th from maintenance.

Maybe G-VROC is covering for both situations.
