Klia LCC Terminal

Can anyone in Malaysia advise whether it is really going to be a 20KM bus ride the get from the present KLIA terminal bldg to the about to be opened LCC Terminal. Seems an extraordinarily long way between the two terminals and going to take a lot of time to transfer to Air Asia.
