Good report, but sadly my friend has just returned form BKK to NCL with LX and had a terrible time with 3 of his 6 flights cancelled !! with a delay of 38 hours on his outward trip? glad you enjoyed it

I have had very little interest in visiting the USA, the behaviour of the various components Homeland security, the grief to enter the country your airlines and now a ban on everything seems to add to the desire to NEVER visit

I think I will just stick to the rest of the world :-)

I have just flown with JAL on FRA - NRT on a 787-9
& NRT - PARIS on a 787-8 in the last two weeks on both occasions they boarded using 1 door with no problems & no delays in an orally fashion :-)

Very good TR, but one that did not mirror my flight with MH just two years ago!

I was lucky to have two of the best flights ever in J on the A380 with great crews super food & lovely beds, it is sad to see them go downhill so quickly ?

Hi Knightsofmalta,

I like the local KLM ex - NCL normally a good flight with good crews but the "wraps" for lunch are rubbish! with more wrap than filling & normally just go with the wonderful biscuits the have

ThomasCook, It may well have been "Worlds Favourite Airline" but it has NEVER been mine, I will go to silly lengths to avoid BA, unless someone is paying for me to travel in J with access to the lounge witch is the only part worth having. Within a month the fares will be at the same price ...

That is the reason I never order diabetic/gluten free food & take a chance on the normal fare :-)

I think Haneda is one of the best airports I use much nicer than Narita

As I live in the UK & never fly to USA I have never used a major airline that does NOT give out "free drinks"

The cost is of course, included in the price of the ticket but should one move in that direction I feel they would need to price their tickets accordingly

Only flown on a 'combi' once with KLM and had good seats booked, on the way out Amsterdam - Bangkok was replaced with a non-combi with the result that we all had 4 seats each

On the way back with the combi no problems
