Hi Mohammed, If you google "sensor cleaning", or something like that, you will come across plenty of information on how to correctly clean your sensor yourself. Some are even explained with handy little videos. The necessary equipment can be purchased online. Not cheap, but worth the expense I think.

If they're using the 18s the US stuff will use 18R. 18C is generally used as the secondary runway during landing peaks for arrivals from the northeast and the east.

Yep, the Meridien (not cheap) is the about the best bet, though not perfect. High floor is important. There are views from large windows on all floors where the corridors join.
