IIRC PA's A310 had a lavatory window, I flew from MEX to MIA in 1985. But I am not sure if it was a A300 or A310, but the window was there.

At PNA in Spain on my first time there I took a picture of a Air Nostrum CRJ and I was demanded to delete by local security guards. They told me that is prohibited to take pictures in all airport locations.
