Looks like Hawaii did charter Hawaiian to fly them all the way back to HNL after flying into PHX on HA and chartering WN to ELP. Most likely. South Bend to downtown Chicago can take as little as 90 minutes (though traffic can be really bad on I-80 between NW IN and I-294 in IL). Looks like Wisconsin drove from Madison, that's only about a 2.5 hour drive.
