Great trip report! I love that you did it inside of a week.
I'm impressed that Thai offers pictures and a description of the meal choices on the PTV....even in coach.
AA's J and F seats and services look pretty solid on the 77W.

Incorrect! They all have AVOD and the icon is shown! Do a search on DL.com. Go to the online flight schedules and do a search for ATL-CVG on 6/29, as just one example. N659DL, N667DN, N668DN and N669DN are already shown on the list of 757s to be converted.
N658DL, N660DL and N665DN are the only ones that are shown as stored.
