RTO on the 737 will completely stop the Aircraft once the thrust levers are brought to idle. It’s a violent maneuver. From one professional to another, that crew did an incredible job. That was textbook. It doesn’t get much quicker than that for a reaction time from bird strike to RTO. Amazing video.

Looks like T1/1.5 will ultimately become the LCC terminal, and many of these carriers may also end up using the T0 concourse when it is done. There are no current plans that I’ve heard of for changing the retirement age to 67. I believe there were a few years ago, but it never went anywhere. As far as I know there is no support from ALPA or any other Pilot’s Union to change the retirement age either.

The -7 has considerably longer legs than the 738, but I seriously doubt the economic viability of running a 150-seat all-economy jet on routes like this! You can’t anyway because of the Wright Amendment restrictions. No International flights and all Domestic flights have to be within the lower 48. ...

First, the 20 Gate cap at DAL is most likely not going to ever be lifted as it would literally take an act of Congress to make that a reality. Second, I expect WN to enter DFW in a big way post 2024.
