Leading Edge has a paint hangar there, so maybe its getting a new coat of paint.

The chealine on the new livery swoops upward toward the rear of the aircraft, whereas the previous livery did not. I would say the answer to your question is no.

They're chevrons. Helps to mitigate noise. You'll find them on some E170 and E190 models as well.
