Re: Australian Aviation Thread - June 2019

My caps are used to highlight words..I grew up in a generation where caps were used to highlight/accentuate ceratin words in print, not the recent generation 'meaning' of shouting.
Also some posts can be misinterpreted when punctuation is lacking, in the wrong place or not used at all.
Cheers.

Certainly does & we can add Tuesday 18th to the list QF11 B744 Ops in lieu of A380 ;) EK413 This makes me think, when the 747s are all gone, if the A380 ever goes tech and has to be replaced, it would have to be replaced by the 789, no? That's a huge drop in capacity, and a lot of stranded pass...

QF17/18 operating this flight is the additional SYD-LAX rotation operating in DEC-JAN. it’s entirly possible they could leave the aircraft at MCO for 3-4 days. BUT an A380 is also being introduced DAILY on QF127/128 SYD/HKG/SYD during the DEC-MAR holiday season so I think the aircraft will position...

Re: Qantas schedules one-time A380 service to Orlando

This is my hometown airport and I am "fired up" for this! So, will it sit on the ground nearly for a whole week? I feel like I read somewhere once it lands in MCO it’ll return to LAX as an empty flight... might be wrong though, will need to find where I read that... I’m sure the aircraft ...
