A332 -EBM is now showing as 27J 224Y on QANTAS seat maps, so can safely assume it has been reconfigured during its maintenance in BNE (currently still in BNE at time of typing but should be back online soon I'm guessing)

AUG 8th BNE A332 -EBG back in service after its refit to 28J/243Y (incl WIFI hump and ipad Y/C).and looks like (possibly) -EBM is in for its reconfig from 28J/243Y to 27J/224Y, as per the past announcement that -EBM/N would be reconfigured to the same config as EBO/P/Q/R/S/V.

July 20th qantasnewsroom on qantas.com, the QF/AA JV has reached final approval, most notable qantas new routes of BNE-SFO and BNE-ORD(most likely) will now be finalised re frequency/timings to each port for an 'end of April 2020 commencement', with 'fares available soon'.

B717 -NXE has been in XSP(Singapore) for about 4weeks and today due to position XSP-BME-CNS QF6251. Possibly has included a repaint during its (maintenance) time in XSP. Pure conjecture on my part. Well I'm no longer relying on 'flightradar' for accurate info...it appeared yesterday to be flying XS...

I stumbled across a Woolworths ad on tv.. 'Win 1 of 116 holidays to Walt Disney World Florida'. Did a google search and it is a QANTAS operated A380 charter, departing SYD 19/01/2020 and returning to SYD 16/01/2020. It will be plane load full of competition winners :)

My caps are used to highlight words..I grew up in a generation where caps were used to highlight/accentuate ceratin words in print, not the recent generation 'meaning' of shouting.
Also some posts can be misinterpreted when punctuation is lacking, in the wrong place or not used at all.

Certainly does & we can add Tuesday 18th to the list QF11 B744 Ops in lieu of A380 ;) EK413 This makes me think, when the 747s are all gone, if the A380 ever goes tech and has to be replaced, it would have to be replaced by the 789, no? That's a huge drop in capacity, and a lot of stranded pass...

OQG is now positioning LHR/DRS to swap places with OQE which will operated QF2 tonight. And to clear things up further...OQE HAS NOT BEEN REFURBISHED..OQG WILL NOT BE REFURBISHED..THEY ARE IN DRS ONLY FOR MAINTENANCE. QF17/18 operating this flight is the additional SYD-LAX rotation operating in DEC-JAN. it’s entirly possible they could leave the aircraft at MCO for 3-4 days. BUT an A380 is also being introduced DAILY on QF127/128 SYD/HKG/SYD during the DEC-MAR holiday season so I think the aircraft will position...

This is my hometown airport and I am "fired up" for this! So, will it sit on the ground nearly for a whole week? I feel like I read somewhere once it lands in MCO it’ll return to LAX as an empty flight... might be wrong though, will need to find where I read that... I’m sure the aircraft ...

VH-EBF is enroute taking a test flight as QF117. I’m guessing it should be back flying commercially tomorrow? Any idea as to what will be replacing it? Yep -EBF back in service today QF119 BNE-AKL, and as mentioned previously -EBG is already in.The only A332s 'remaining' to have things done to them...

B717 NXK is into paint this evening - positioning BNE-TSV as QF6200. I was just sent a photo of a very bedraggled looking NXO so hopefully now NXK is going in the 717s will keep rotating through. -NXK scheduled out of paint tomorrow June 9th QF6201 positioning TSV-CBR...and the second 'bambino' Das...

The plan changed and yes, EBM/N will become 27J International.
The completion will see EBA/B/C/D/E/F/G/J/K/L Domestic 28J 243Y (WITH wifi hump)
EBM/N/O/P/Q/R/S/V International 27J 224Y (NO hump)
Note qantas.com is not up to date with its seat maps

744 VH-OEB once again penciled/penned? in for final revenue flight QF73 SYD-SFO Sunday June 02. -OEB is currently flying QF4 arrival SYD 5pm ish..QF73 departure has been pushed out to 7pm ish...presumably to give -OEB sufficient turnaround time. Well it looks as though B744 VH-OEB is penciled/penned? in for its final revenue flight today JUNE 2nd QF73. It is currently flying QF4 which is scheduled to arrive SYD around 5pm. QF73 departure has been pushed out to around 7pm tonight, allowing time for -OEB to be prepped/boarded for its 7pm depa...

VH-EBP has returned to service today (08/05) operating QF431 SYD-MEL I read via pprune.org that the issue with -EBP occurred in the hanger when "engineering blew up the yellow hydraulic system with a new rig that had not been correctly set". so I'm guessing -EBP was damaged as a result of...
