Not just WN. I flew in to PHL on an A320 a few months ago and was surprised we used 35. Certainly a unique approach compared to the monotony of using the 27s/9s.

Why? Basically no airlines fly to TTN and no one ever will. Frontier Airlines has a pretty decently sized crew base and focus city there.
